COVID-19 - IMPORTANT INFORMATION
FOR VENDORS REGARDING SUBMISSION OF INVOICES FOR GOODS AND SERVICES PROVIDED TO
BCPS.
This information applies only to vendors that submit
their invoices to the Accounting Office at the 6901 N. Charles Street address.
- Make sure that the BCPS purchase order number is
included on any invoice sent to BCPS.
- PDF copies of invoices may be e-mailed to [email protected].
- It is recommended that a copy of the invoice
also be e-mailed to the responsible contact at BCPS that ordered the goods or
services because they must approve the invoice before payment is made.
Note – The above does NOT apply to invoices for Facilities Management
and Food and Nutrition Services operations. You should continue to follow normal processes
for sending those invoices to the Pulaski Park Drive Address.
