Each cohort is designed to meet a critical need in the school system and has a unique schedule of classes. Employees should carefully consider their individual career goals as well as their scheduling preferences before applying to a cohort.
- Review the cohort-at-a-glance form for any cohort(s) of interest. Consider when classes will be offered and as well as the out-of-pocket costs.
- Check with the BCPS Office of Certification to ensure that you have the background needed for the cohort in which you are interested. You may only participate in one cohort at a time, and you are not eligible for individual tuition reimbursement for additional course work while you are a cohort member.
- Direct questions about the cohort application process, course content, schedule, location and out-of-pocket costs to the college/university contact listed on the cohort-at-a-glance form.
