About the program:
BTC Baltimore is a Musical Theatre Intensive that will be held on weekdays, beginning Monday, July 15, 2024, through Friday, July 19, 2024, from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. at George Washington Carver Center for Arts and Technology. This week promises to be both highly rewarding and very enjoyable for BCPS students with a passion for musical theatre and a design to learn in a fast-paced environment.
The BCPS Summer Musical Theatre Intensive is a non-auditioned day program for Baltimore County Public Schools students who are currently enrolled in Grades 5 –12. For over a decade, this Musical Theatre Intensive has brought the best of Broadway to cities around the United States for training in Dance, Acting, and Voice. Our entire faculty consists of Broadway performers, directors, and choreographers who will bring you top musical theatre training, Q & A opportunities with the faculty, and the opportunity to perform in a showcase at the end of the week to celebrate all of your hard work! Family and friends are invited to attend the BTC Showcase on Friday, July 19th at 2:30 p.m. in the Carver Center Theater.
The fee for this unique summer experience is $130.00, which includes a BTC T-shirt. Transportation to and from your camp location will be provided at no additional charge to students. A listing of school-based, pick-up sites is included on the registration form.
