ASPIRE BCPS consists of FOUR components:
- Online coursework developed and delivered by the Loyola Graduate School ASPIRE program.
- Community experiences that provide participants with opportunities for learning, growth, and development.
- Personal and group coaching aligned to the BCPS Standards of Excellence rubric.
- Monthly face to face sessions focused on timely and relevant content for future leaders delivered by current BCPS supervisors.

Applicants may register via the BCPS registration system PowerSchool in August. Once registered, they will be invited to an information meeting to review course expectations and processes for seeking supervisor approval. The class runs from September to June. Class size is limited to 40 per year.
