Welcome to Event Manager, the Baltimore County Public Schools (BCPS) online request portal for Use of Facilities (UOF). Using Event Manager you will be able to access after-school calendars, submit, and manage your request(s) online.

BCPS’ employees should use the Event Manager for BCPS Staff link within the Staff Resources tab. Employees should login with their BCPS credentials, to request facility use, for BCPS sponsored events only.

Per Rule 1300:
The application for use of facilities must be submitted a minimum of 45 days prior to the proposed activity or events.
