The Passport Spanish Program is currently offered in select elementary schools. In 4th grade, students receive 30 minutes of language instruction once a week with a certificated teacher of Spanish. 5th graders receive 50 minutes of instruction once a week as well.
The Passport Program for Second Language Acquisition aligns with the "BCPS Blueprint 2.0 theory of action is preparing every student to graduate globally competitive."
