English learners at the secondary level receive direct English language instruction from certified ESOL teachers at one of nine ESOL Centers:

Middle School - Lansdowne Middle, Sudbrook Magnet Middle, Dumbarton Middle, and Dundalk Middle

High School - Lansdowne High, Woodlawn High, Owings Mills High, Parkville High and Dundalk High

At the middle level English learners take courses to support English language development in addition to content course work.
