Graduating Seniors

Foryste Bryant
Maiden Choice School

Tell us about a teacher, assignment, field trip, or extracurricular activity that had a significant impact on you during your years as a BCPS student?

I've had several teachers at Maiden Choice School who have had a significant impact in my development and in shaping my interests. Mr. George and Mr. Nick know I like to shred paper and would let me do that often. Mr. Steve was a great art teacher, and I enjoyed his colorful shirts and the music he played. Most important is Ms. Leslie. She's been my teacher for the past four years. She created an environment of enthusiasm for learning, appreciation for growing, and room for making mistakes along the way. She always lets me use the computer and tells Mommy about new games for me to play on the computer at home. I am grateful to have had her support and that of Mrs. Beverly, Ms. Debbie, and Ms. Amber. My family will always be grateful to Ms. Leslie for her support and kindness.

During your years as a BCPS student, what did you accomplish that you are most proud of?

I am mostly proud of the Maiden Choice family I've become a part of. I'm grateful for the life skills they've helped me learn over the years. I am also proud of graduating with several honors, including awards for Citizenship, Work Ethic, and Friendship.

What are your college or employment plans immediately after graduation?

After graduation, I plan to provide a paper shredding service for my neighbors.

Where do you see yourself in 10 years?

I hope I am continuing to enjoy time with my family and friends.

“Foryste is inspiring! He spreads good cheer and lifts spirits with his infectious personality.”
