Strategic Initiatives

Develop and implement a comprehensive human resources management plan that addresses recruiting, selecting, developing, supporting, evaluating, and retaining highly qualified and effective staff at all levels of the organization.

Build, sustain, and invest in technology infrastructure and efforts to streamline data management and create efficiencies throughout the organization.

Establish a comprehensive performance management approach that ensures data-informed and evidence-based decision-making.

Develop and implement a long-range, comprehensive facilities modernization plan that addresses the aging infrastructure and provides safe, clean, and well-equipped facilities for students and staff.

Develop and implement a systemwide framework to ensure efficiencies in all schools and offices throughout the organization.
